    • Thank you for offering to host a race official seminar - we rely on volunteers to help us train Race Officials and your willingness to pitch in helps us to advance the availability and quality of seminars. Prior to completing the online form, please review the How to Organize a Seminar document.

When completing the form there is a box near the end labeled, "Please include any additional information to be included in the seminar listing (location other than host club, additional costs for food or other items, parking, possible accommodations, etc.)." This is where you are welcome to add any information you would like us to know about the seminar that did not fit anywhere else on the form.

All race administration seminars require a standard $40.00 registration fee for participation.  As of January 1, 2023, the Judges and Race Officer Roundtables, Clinics and Protest days are free of charge for Certified Race Officials ONLY. A $25 administrative fee, payable to US Sailing, will be charged to uncertified members.

If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Race Administration Office or call 1-800-877-2451.
