Application for No-Appeal Event Status Logo
  • Application for No-Appeal Event Status

  • US Sailing’s Prescription to Rule 70.3(b) requires its approval if the right of appeal is to be denied when “it is essential to determine promptly the result of a race that will qualify a boat to compete in a later stage of an event or a subsequent event.”

No-appeal status is granted to very few events. Please review the requirements and procedures for no-appeal status on the No-Appeal (Rule 70.3) Procedures web page before proceeding.
