Once application is reviewed and approved, the Center will fulfill annual US Sailing Organization Membership fee, Accreditation dues, and Attestation of the US Sailing Accredited Community Sailing Center Program Minimum Requirements.
A principal of the Center must sign the following statement, acknowledging compliance to the US Sailing Community Sailing Center Accreditation Guidelines:

(a) is compliant with all terms, conditions, and rules contained herein or
(b) will become compliant with, or be making significant progress towards, all terms, conditions, and rules contained herein not later than 180 days from the date of signature below.

By signing below, I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee that the Center has been officially approved by US Sailing. Until the Center has been officially approved in writing by US Sailing, the Center will not imply verbally, or in any advertising and/or promotional items, that it is a US Sailing Accredited Community Sailing Center.
